Vincent and Nick did a fantastic job installing my new dishwasher and fixing a faucet that wasn’t working. They were very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I can always trust that Elite does an incredibly thorough job. They explain everything they are doing and I’m continually impressed with their employees and their work. Vincent even answered some additional questions I had about water (Florida has a lot of sediment so I was wondering what best ways to handle this). I am over the moon with Elite! The crew: Brian, Vinny, Cody and Dennis arrived on time. They did a superb job. I am totally satisfied and so is my wife. We couldn’t be happier. They went the extra mile to ensure that the job was done right. We are pleased with their performance and professionalism. I couldn’t ask for a better crew. Everything was explained to me and they answered all my questions. At the end of the day, they cleaned up the area, leaving no mess behind. No more boiling water in order to shower, after more than two years. It felt great to shower later night. 🙂 The Company should be proud of these men. In my opinion, they set the bar very high. I was extremely impressed with James ! He came For our annual air-conditioning service. He was very friendly and professional. He thoroughly check the unit and found an issue. He was very knowledgeable and explain to us in detail what the problem was . Discussed how much it would cost once I approved , He proceeded to fix the unit, which took approximately a couple of hours . He Make sure he cleaned up & Left no mess! I felt very confident with him working on my unit. Our family has been dealing with Elite for many many years . Though the years we have meet Many technicians.. And honestly, I have never had a technician I wasn’t satisfied with , but There’s always one or two that kind of stand out a little bit more and James is definitely one of them !!!!

Liked that I was texted a picture of the tech before his arrival. Brian did a great job providing us with a plumbing quote and answered all our questions thoroughly.
